Planner

Planner, from the London company Aphex Software, is a delivery platform for construction teams. Engineers, subcontractors and site staff share one live plan instead of planning separately, so progress, delay and change are visible quickly.

What Planner offers

• Field scheduling — plans owned by engineers and the delivery team.
• Lookaheads — connect a master schedule to short-term plans and track changes.
• Weekly work plans — visual plans shared with supply chain workers.
• Resource planning — allocate people and equipment.
• Staging diagrams — visual site layouts.
• Daily operations and meetings — briefing the site and recording the daily record.

Who it works with

Main contractors, subcontractors and planners on major projects. The vendor states more than 100 tier one contractors use it.
