Print Job Manager

Print Job Manager is software from PrinterAdmin that monitors, counts and controls printing from one place. It works with Windows print servers, printers addressed directly by IP and local USB printers, and it does not require a print server to track jobs.

What Print Job Manager offers

• Tracking and auditing — counts and logs print activity from Windows, Linux, Unix and Mac clients.
• Quotas and restrictions — limits what users can print and charges jobs to a billing code.
• Print release — jobs stay paused until a user or administrator releases them, reducing wasted paper.
• Watermarks, headers and footers — adds user name, computer name, date, time and page count to printouts.
• Meter reading and toner monitor — scans the network for counters, ink and toner levels, models and serial numbers.
• Reports — created in any language and sent by email automatically.

Who it works with

Businesses and educational institutions, from small firms with a few staff to very large companies.
