Route Rite

Route Rite is Windows route accounting software from the makers of My Billing Buddy, an Android app for estimating and invoicing in the field. Together they cover work done on routes, such as pest control, carpet cleaning, water and lawn care.

Route Rite handles the back-office side, while the Android app records jobs and payments from the truck.

What Route Rite offers

• Route accounting — customer history, routing, accounts receivable and inventory on Windows.
• Management reports — summaries of work and balances for the office.
• Field invoicing — the Android app builds an estimate into an invoice, takes payments and records customer or technician signatures.
• Emailed invoices — signed or unsigned PDF invoices go to the customer and the office straight from the job site.
• Calendar and maps — jobs are stored in Google Calendar and viewed on Google Maps.
