Accordia is a web app for engineering managers who run regular one-to-one meetings and now keep them in documents or spreadsheets. A manager builds a reusable agenda template for each direct report, runs the meeting against it in a live session view, and records decisions and action items; open actions are tracked and brought into the next session, and reports see their own summaries and actions. There is no performance-review cycle, engagement scoring or HR dashboard. Calendar, Slack, Linear and Jira integrations, AI summaries, goal tracking and PDF export are on the roadmap, and notes cannot yet be imported from Notion or Google Docs. A demo and an agenda generator work without an account. It runs on Vercel and Supabase Postgres with row-level security; PostHog analytics, hosted in the EU, load only after cookie consent. Pricing: Free, $0, one manager and up to 3 direct reports; Manager Pro, $29 a month per manager for up to 10 reports, with extra reports at $2 a month each on the home page; Team Pro, $75 a month for 3 managers with unlimited reports; Enterprise on request. Paddle is the merchant of record, billing is monthly and partial periods are not refunded. The terms describe it as in active development and provided as is. Accordia is a trading name of Rally Digital, and the maker describes himself as a solo developer in Lincolnshire, UK.
