Creem

Creem is a payment platform for people selling software and digital products, and version 2.0 was released on 17 September 2026. It handles the whole money side rather than the card transaction alone: payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay with fraud detection and chargeback protection; automatic VAT, GST and sales-tax collection and remittance in more than 50 countries, with invoices generated and sent for every transaction; revenue splits between co-founders, affiliates and contractors; and payouts to a bank account or a crypto wallet on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Credit wallets, usage-based billing with custom meters, subscription management, multi-currency support and an API, SDKs, CLI and webhooks are part of the platform rather than add-ons. Pricing is a single rate of 3.9% plus $0.40 per successful transaction, with no monthly fee, no setup fee and no international card fee; on $100 of sales that leaves $95.70. Creem publishes a comparison of that rate against other merchants of record on its pricing page, which is its own calculation. The company launched in 2024 and describes itself as built for people selling what they have made with AI tools.
