Rutba Office 2.20
Install only the apps you choose, keep separate profiles on one computer, and Mail that works at the server.
About this launch
Rutba Office 2.20 brings two releases together. The suite now installs only the apps a person chooses, each as its own signed pack, and the rest can be added or removed later. Profiles keep different people, or different kinds of work, apart on one computer, each with its own saved passwords and, if wanted, a password of its own.
Mail now works at the server: marking, moving and deleting messages and making folders all reach the mailbox, new mail arrives by itself, and one-click unsubscribe is supported. Calendar handles invitations, repeating events and time zones.
The optional AI Tools can reach mail, calendars, contacts and databases one item at a time, and nothing leaves the computer until the user presses to send it. Documents, workbooks and presentations now open and save Strict Open XML, and the Data Files format is published. Rutba Office is a free office suite for Windows that needs no account.
