Rutba Office 2.15

Rutba Office 2.15 keeps its templates current on its own. The update check now also fetches newer sets of document, workbook and presentation templates and Data Files' ready-made databases, uses a set only when Rutba's signature on it checks out, and switches to it at the next start. A database made from a template or sample is offered the newer design when one arrives, keeping its records and any changes the user made.

Every table and query in Data Files gets a search box and a filter on each column: ranges for dates and numbers, contains, starts with or exactly for words, and right-click filters by the selected value, as in Access. Large query results are read a page at a time. Saved queries open with their records, and the side panel takes pinned favourites and folding sections.

Templates and sample businesses now link to their own pages on office.rutba.io. Rutba Office is a free office suite for Windows that needs no account.
