Rutba Office 2.13

Rutba Office 2.13 brings twenty-five sample businesses to Data Files, in five groups, from a corner store, a cafe and a barber to a builder, a lettings agency, a clinic and a charity. Each is a working database with a year of invented records to explore, or can start empty for a real business. Each has its own page on office.rutba.io.

Print templates lay out a record the way a business sends it: an invoice, a receipt on a till roll, a payslip or an agreement, with the user's own letterhead, printed or saved as a PDF. Queries can calculate a column as Access does, with functions such as Round, IIf, DateDiff and Format.

The release also adds start pages with New, starter templates and recent files across the suite, and Talk can invite people by email. Rutba Office is a free office suite for Windows that needs no account.
