Relaticle
An open-source CRM where every write an AI proposes waits for a human to approve it.
About this launch
Relaticle is a self-hostable, open-source CRM whose defining feature is how it treats AI. Its built-in assistant cannot change the database directly: every write it wants to make becomes a proposal card that a person approves or skips, record by record, and batch operations collapse into a single proposal and a single approval. For external agents it exposes a Model Context Protocol server with 37 CRM tools, so any agent can read and act on the data under the same approval model. It offers 22 custom field types, a REST API and multi-team isolation, is licensed AGPL, and can run local inference through Ollama. Self-hosting is free; the hosted version is priced per workspace rather than per seat.
