SquadRoom
Workspace where a squad of AI agents takes tasks from a board and returns reports. Early access price $49 per month, listed at $99, per its pricing page.
About this launch
SquadRoom is a workspace in which a team of specialist AI agents works through tasks set on a board. A lead agent routes each task to an owner, and every step lands in an activity log, shared documents and a final report. It launched on Product Hunt on 12 October 2026, where it ranked seventeenth for the day.
## What it does
The user builds a roster of agents and writes a task as a brief for a new hire. When an agent is stuck it raises a ticket of one to three plain questions that pauses only that task. Agents can pitch in on each other's work, and the lead groups related tasks into epics. Documents are versioned and can be shared by link, recurring work runs as playbooks and scheduled jobs, and chat is also available through Telegram. The site lists 24 integrations, including Gmail, HubSpot, GitHub, Notion and Slack, with read, write or full access set per connection. The service does not supply a model: customers bring their own key from a model provider and pay that provider directly.
## Who it is for
It is aimed at small companies and founders who want recurring research, writing and operations work done in the background without prompting turn by turn.
