## What it does

Frontrunner connects to the places a team's data already sits, such as the CRM, email, calendar, product data and call recordings, and builds a graph of accounts, people, conversations and signals. Agents then run on that graph to research accounts, find and enrich prospects, watch for buying signals, rank who to pursue and hand the next action to a rep. The launch post lists signal-based outbound, account research, reviving closed-lost deals, qualifying inbound leads and attribution as the main uses. The company argues that a purpose-built harness keeps what it learns from meeting outcomes and closed deals, unlike one-off projects in a general assistant. Figures in the post, such as a 15 percent higher win rate for one customer, are the maker's own.
