Konnextions

Konnextions is a dialer, CRM and contact-centre workspace for outbound sales, customer support, lead operations and team supervision, made by Marketing Studios. It comes in two editions. Local is installed on a Windows PC or a dedicated Ubuntu server that the business controls, so the database, recordings and backups stay with the customer; the site describes Ubuntu as the verified production route and Windows as suited to evaluation and small installations. Connect is a hosted edition for remote teams, where each business gets its own isolated organisation and agents work in a browser. The product covers campaigns, lead imports with duplicate detection, an agent workspace with call history, notes and scheduled callbacks, inbound and outbound calling, live supervision, wallboards, audit trails and exports, plus an API and signed webhooks. Calling uses the customer's own carrier, which must pass an acceptance test before it goes live. Pricing is a plan covering five active seats, billed in packs of five with a free Owner account, each payment covering a fixed 30-day term that does not renew by itself. Carrier charges, taxes and Connect hosting are billed separately. The pricing page showed no amount when read, and the site gives no registered address. A buyer should confirm the price, the hosting terms and where Connect data is held.

Not yet independently verified: The launch date rests on the maker's own Show HN post of 10 October 2026. Every detail comes from the maker's own site, which names Marketing Studios as the operator but states no registered address, city or country. Its pricing page showed no amount when read, only the plan structure, so no price is recorded. No independent report was found. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.
