VoiceCap
A meeting notetaker that keeps the meeting in its own language — transcript, summary, decisions and actions in over 100 languages, stored in the EU, from €0 to €49 a seat.
About this launch
VoiceCap is an AI notetaker for meetings from a company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and its distinguishing choice is linguistic: it supports more than 100 languages with automatic detection and produces the summary, the decisions and the action items in the language the meeting was actually held in, rather than translating everything into English on the way out. A meeting can be captured three ways — recorded directly through the mobile app or browser for an in-person conversation, or by a bot that joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex, or by uploading an audio file afterwards. Transcripts carry speaker separation and timestamps, and a searchable decision log runs across the whole archive rather than sitting inside individual meeting notes, which is the part that makes it a record rather than a transcription tool. It connects to Google and Outlook calendars for automatic scheduling, and exposes its archive to Claude and ChatGPT through an MCP server. Data is held in EU data centres, which is the reason a European buyer would look at it first. Pricing is published: a free tier with 300 minutes a month and no card required, Pro at €29 per recording seat per month plus VAT with 1,000 minutes per seat, and Business at €49 per seat for unlimited recording. Viewers are free and unlimited on every tier, so only the people who record are counted — a meaningful difference for a company that wants the whole team to read the notes. This was its first launch.
