MCPJam
Testing and evaluation for MCP servers: see how a server behaves inside ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, and gate every pull request on it.
About this launch
MCPJam is a testing and evaluation platform for Model Context Protocol servers, from the San Francisco company of the same name; this launch on 17 September 2026 was its second on Product Hunt. Building an MCP server means shipping into someone else's AI client, and MCPJam exists to show what actually happens there: it runs a server inside the major AI clients and reports whether a user's task succeeds, with an OAuth and enterprise-managed-authorisation debugger that points at the exact step where authentication breaks, and a comparison of what each client supports. Beyond interactive testing it runs evaluations, multi-agent "swarms" and user testing, and turns the same checks into a continuous-integration gate so a regression fails a pull request rather than reaching customers. It can be run as a desktop application, a web application, a CLI or an SDK, and the inspector launches locally with a single npx command; the project is open source. The company says more than 106,000 developers and over 280 enterprises use it, which are its own figures, and its site quotes a senior engineer at Asana. No price is published on the pages that render without running the site's own code, so none is recorded here.
