KanBan, from Auscomp, shows a person's Outlook tasks as colour-coded cards laid out in columns on a board. Cards are moved by drag and drop, which gives an at-a-glance view of the current workload.

The tool is aimed at people who start many tasks and want help finishing them, using the task data they already keep in Outlook.
