Floor Plan Mapper

Floor Plan Mapper is office seating plan software from LaudonTech that turns floor plans into an interactive staff and resource map. Staff use it to find colleagues, printers and rooms, and to book desks and meeting spaces.

What Floor Plan Mapper offers

• Desk booking — shows which desks are free or taken; users pick a time slot and add the booking to Outlook.
• Meeting room booking — clicking a room links through to its Office 365 or Google calendar.
• Directory integration — pulls employee and device details from Active Directory and Azure AD, with single sign-on, so data is not entered twice.
• Asset management links — connects to asset management systems to show equipment locations.
• Customisable, unbranded interface — can be restyled and embedded in an intranet, SharePoint or other CMS, with direct links to a person or room.

Who it works with

Customer quotes come from Hulu, the District Department of Transportation in Washington DC, Integrated DNA Technologies and a large hedge fund whose offices span London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
