Tech Troopers

Tech Troopers is a technology support and installation service that began in 2014. It sends help to homes and offices through a nationwide, crowdsourced network of vetted technicians, whom it calls Troopers.

Products and services

• On-demand tech support: Customers book a technician online or by phone and get help arranged around their own schedule.
• Remote and on-site help: Support is available at a distance or in person, with the aim of reaching the customer within hours rather than days.
• Installation services: Technicians set up and install technology for end users.
• Local technicians: Troopers are drawn from the customer's own neighbourhood and rated by users.

Clients

The service is aimed at end users who want technical help that fits around their day, rather than the other way round.
