ShopKeep

ShopKeep is a point of sale product for independent retailers and restaurants. It began as an iPad-based till designed by a retailer who wanted something simpler than older cash register systems. It is now sold as ShopKeep by Lightspeed.

What ShopKeep offers

• Point of sale — a tablet-based register for taking sales in store.
• BackOffice — a management area for running the business and reaching support.
• Payments — card processing through Lightspeed's payments service.
• Online selling — omnichannel tools through Lightspeed eCom.
• Hardware — a store for point of sale equipment and accessories.
• Capital — financing offered to eligible customers.

Who it works with

The product serves new and growing independent businesses in retail and hospitality. Existing customers keep their apps, BackOffice and support team after the move to Lightspeed.
