**SECURITY AS STANDARD
**We’ve created a ‘Security First’ ethos that runs through the core of everything we do, from our data centres, through our cloud infrastructures right up to our policies and procedures. Our VPC, for example, includes antivirus and system hardening by default.

Our commitment to security is also reflected in our certifications, such as ISO 27001 and our PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider status – the highest level of certification available. In fact, we were one of the very first in the UK to be certified against the new v3.2 standard and undergo rigorous on-site audits, network scans and penetration tests.

**IN-HOUSE SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTRE
**We’ve also invested heavily into our in-house Security Operations Centre (SOC) – this 24/7 facility is the command centre of our cybersecurity operations, staffed by trained, certified infosec professionals. It’s from our SOC that we offer our additional plug-in security services such as penetration testing and threat monitoring (SIEM).

We own our own data centres, build our own cloud platforms, have our own highly trained and qualified staff, including in our Security Operations Centre.
