Ricksoft Singapore

Until this autumn the Singapore firm Information Officer Pte. Ltd. traded under that name; on 29 October 2026 Ricksoft Co., Ltd. of Tokyo announced that the rename to Ricksoft Singapore Pte. Ltd. was complete. The business advises organisations on digital transformation through IT service management, AI and application modernisation, and works from Singapore and California.

The practice dates its origins to 2006, and the group's announcement gives 2010 as the year the company was established. Ricksoft Co., Ltd., a Tokyo Stock Exchange growth market company and Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, took a stake in the firm in 2026; the stake is reported in the news article as 39%.
