In the beginning…

Ravelin was born when the founders worked together at a taxi app business and had to tackle the very real threat of fraud. Their insight was that a combination of machine learning and human insight was the best way to do this but in 2014 could find nothing in the market that was good enough.

At Ravelin we believe that using the best technologies available to stop this threat is the only sensible way to go. But we also know that artificial intelligence is no match for human insight when it comes to adapting, evolving and creating new and effective ways to help our clients sell securely online.
