Simon Shaw returned to Lincoln and launched Optima in 1995 with a background strong in a corporate identity built from working in large London agencies.

Optima was set-up with the aim of creating the strongest full-service agency in the region. Optima’s mission has always been to provide clients with creative, original and innovative designs that not only meet their requirements but surpass their expectations.
