Next Matter

Next Matter is a software platform for designing, running and tracking business processes that span several teams. Its website now focuses on regulated financial services firms, where each step needs a record for audit. Operations staff can build and change workflows themselves, and the platform works alongside existing systems rather than replacing them.

What Next Matter offers

• Workflow builder — operations teams design, deploy and change processes without raising tickets.
• End-to-end automation — processes run without manual handoffs, with a person kept in the loop.
• Audit trail — every step is recorded, so answers for auditors and regulators already exist.
• Shared view — operations, compliance and IT see the same status for every process.
• AI agents — auditable agents that work inside the processes.

Who it works with

Regulated banks, fund administrators, brokers and banking-as-a-service platforms, for work such as customer onboarding and KYC and KYB checks.
