This company’s name was inspired by my son who thought Mighty Trust captured our mission and goals to develop software focused on identity, trust, reputation, and privacy. Privacy is pivotal to our short term and long-term vision of the business.

PRIVACY PLUS is our global privacy solution and it is plus because it is value-enhancing privacy software that can be tailored for other emerging new privacy legal frameworks.

This business is founded on our belief privacy matters and we strive to enable our customers to engage with their own stakeholders with openness and integrity. From the very beginning, we felt passionate about bringing that same integrity and openness to our own business to make it easier for enterprises to respect data subjects’ privacy and maintain their business reputation.

At MTL, we believe there is a better less invasive way to do business where privacy is valued as equally as security. We're obsessively passionate about both, and our mission is to help companies use personal data to achieve their goals while respecting privacy.

We focus on privacy, a complex area balancing the humanities with technical disciplines, and we view the digital revolution’s machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things as an opportunity for businesses to create value but also to respect privacy: MTL’s goal is to simplify compliance for everyone through our software, training, and services.

MTL’s product is designed to be used by all enterprises who want to

manage customer engagement in a call center, for companies with multi-sites to allow a centralised monitoring of GDPR compliance by the DPO, or as a standalone tool to support the DPO in compliance activities.

MTL was founded by Brendan Quinn who while having over 20 years’ experience in data believed that the GDPR would allow him to pursue his goal to produce software compliance tools that allow companies to grow their businesses while respecting privacy.
