Insight adds value when it’s put into action. In banking, for example, it’s usually a complex challenge for enterprise architects and product owners to gain and maintain the insights they need to view and manage their products, billing and payment systems. Often the required information is hidden in the minds of a few people or encoded into software. But people move on, software gets replaced and insights need to be regained at more expense.
