Mailbird

Mailbird is a desktop email program for Windows and Mac. It pulls Gmail, Outlook, Exchange and IMAP accounts into a single workspace, so people read and answer all their mail in one window. It suits individuals and businesses that juggle several addresses.

Services

• Unified inbox: brings every connected account together and lets users search across all of them at once.
• App side panel: places tools such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Asana and Dropbox beside the mailbox.
• Email tracking: shows which messages were opened and when, so follow-ups can be targeted.
• Mail management tools: snooze, scheduled sending, undo send and reusable snippets for quick replies.
• Customisation: nine colour themes, five layouts, and light or dark mode.
• Optional AI connection: lets users link an AI app of their choice to help sort and draft mail, only when switched on.

Who it serves

The product targets people and small or growing businesses that run personal and work email side by side and are not tied to Outlook.
