We are passionate about excellent outsourcing and throughout our 26 years have remained committed to advancing the outsourcing profession and improving and growing the outsourcing industry, in the UK and globally, by driving awareness, education, standards and thought leadership.

We are a membership organization, representing the interests of companies and individuals which span the breadth of the outsourcing industry: buyers, suppliers, and advisors.

We guide members through a code of conduct and guiding principals, raise standards through education and training, develop policies and represent the value of the broader industry.

Whether you need a skilled outsourcing professional or wish to become one, the GSA is the leading body for developing the outsourcing profession and industry.

International: The GSA UK is part of the larger umbrella organization, GSA. Currently, GSA UK has affiliate organizations in Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Spain.
