About Exellys

Exellys is a technology talent incubator based in Mechelen, Belgium. In 2019 Projective Group bought a majority stake, and the business became Projective Talent within that group.

What Exellys offers

  • Talent incubation — attracting and developing young technical people for client operations.
  • Training and coaching — programmes the firm created itself to turn promising juniors into experienced professionals.
  • Consultant placement — a traineeship model in which the consultant works at a client.
  • Hiring route — after a two-year programme, the consultant can become a full-time employee of the client.
