The company was established in March 2007 and began its business by taking over the branch of the company related to the maintenance product from the Gruppo Formula spa, the company from which the three founding members of Entaksi came, which represented the initial core business of the 'company.

Over time it has differentiated the reference markets, producing software applications aimed at various market segments and the PA, such as management of socio-health activities, advanced biometric or graph metric electronic signature, and, recently, offering document management and digital preservation solutions in SaaS (Software as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) services.
