Cubic Lease

Cubic Lease is a property platform for managing viewings. It gives letting agents and landlords tools to organise and carry out viewings from their desks, even when volumes are high.

Products and services

• Viewing management: scheduling and handling viewings for rental properties.
• Remote viewing tools: lets staff conduct viewings without being on site.
• Landlord services: support for property owners looking to let.
• Renter convenience: an experience built around the renter's routine.
• Scale: designed so an agency can handle many viewings without extra desk work.

Who it serves

The platform is aimed at letting agents and landlords who want to handle viewings efficiently, and indirectly at the renters they deal with. Landlords receive a competitively positioned service, while renters get a process that fits around their daily lives rather than the agent's office hours.
