craftworks develop individual software solutions for predictive quality and predictive maintenance in industrial companies. We use the data that plants generate to anticipate failures, react automatically, and thus increase efficiency. But also to recognize which parameters influence the quality to reduce scrap costs.

Our customers include plant manufacturers such as Andritz, manufacturing companies such as Wienerberger, automobile manufacturers and suppliers such as Audi or Mahle and energy suppliers such as Vorarlberger Kraftwerke or Wien Energie.

The basis for our projects is a big data infrastructure (Data Lake), which enables us to process large amounts of data at high speed. At the core of our application, we use an artificial intelligence developed on deep learning technology to detect when problems occur and how we can prevent them. In addition, we develop easy-to-use user interfaces, so that every employee likes to use our products.

Our team has been honored six times in competitions/hackathons. For example, we recently won the Industry 4.0 Hackathon in Linz for the second time in a row, where we prevailed over 20 teams from 9 nations.
