At Codesmith, we bridge the gap between Technology Staffing and Application Development. We’re currently expanding our team due to growth! We’re always looking for folks who like to solve problems and build a product that people genuinely love to interact with.

Our leader and CEO, Joey Harris, founded Codesmith in 2013. After spending 10 years as a Software Developer, he learned that his reach niche was building IT processes to ensure successful delivery of software products. After 5 years in business, together we’ve built a sustainable, long term company that our customers love and our team loves working for.

We have a tight-knit team that spends 3 days in the office collaborating and meeting with clients. The other two days a week are official WFH days (work from the comfort of your home or go claim a spot at your favorite coffee shop!). Our office is located in Buckhead, on the corner of Piedmont and Roswell Road, where we have multiple lunch spots in walking distance. If you need a quick break you can find Bocce Ball and a putting green in the courtyard. Covered FREE parking is available and we’re just 1 mile from the closest MARTA station.
