blow LTD was founded in November 2013 by Fiona McIntosh, former editor in chief of ELLE and Grazia magazines and Dharmesh Mistry, entrepreneur, and Venture Capitalist, to deliver fast and expert beauty services to busy women.

Three years into our on-demand journey and we're already the UK’s leading provider for at-home beauty services. We've grown 3x in three years and now deliver over 15,000 services per month, with over 1,200 expert beauty professionals across the UK.

As a female-led business supporting women in the workplace is close to our hearts and we're proud to have so many opportunities to do so. Last year saw the launch of our training academy, helping over 250 women train and launch a career in beauty services. We were also delighted to partner with Smartworks charity and support their fantastic work helping women get into employment.
