Alpha EPOS installs and supports Electronic Point of Sale Systems for use in the hospitality and retail industries. Alpha cover all aspects of our customer's system including hardware, software, installation, training, and support services.

Alpha has 3 main product offerings, RoomMaster Hotel Management Software, ICR Touch Point of Sale for hospitality and My EPOS Touch for retail and specialist applications.

Our hotel customers range from 10 to 300 plus bedrooms all over Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Our hospitality customers include restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, schools and colleges, workplace canteens and many more.

Retail customers include supermarkets, convenience stores, department stores, delis, off-licenses, fashion outlets and specialist customers like bike shops, electronic repair shops, vape shops, launderettes, hair salons, and garages. In retail, we also supply membership software for use in gyms and leisure centers, spas and treatment rooms.
