Our human-centric philosophy has driven 10Pearls since its founding. 10Pearls was started by Imran and Zeeshan Aftab in 2004. What began as a two-man operation at a kitchen table is now a 400+ person organization with offices in DC, San Francisco, Toronto, Karachi, and Dubai.

Imran was inspired to create 10Pearls while working as Head of Global Sourcing at AOL. He traveled the world and saw first-hand how well-paying jobs can change entire communities. Jobs did more than deliver paychecks to employees, they enriched the lives of families, creating a ripple effect throughout the entire local ecosystem.

Determined to build a company that not only delivered a superior service but also made a difference in the world, Imran and Zeeshan started 10Pearls out of their mother’s kitchen as a software and web development shop that catered to small businesses. Today, 10Pearls helps clients of all sizes—from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises compete in the digital age.
