blessed essence

blessed essence, which also trades as Bendita Essence, is a consultancy built around Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It holds certified partner status and works with brands that already own the platform or are thinking of buying it. Its view is that the software alone does not meet business goals, so it pairs technical set-up with marketing strategy.

What blessed essence offers

• Platform implementation — getting Marketing Cloud running for a brand from the start.
• Integration — connecting the platform to the rest of a company's digital systems.
• Customer data use — turning an existing customer database into personalised experiences.
• Strategy Starter Pack — a four-month onboarding plan built on eight steps over eight weeks, aimed at early wins.
• Quick Start Pack — a shorter one-month plan for teams that want to begin sooner.

Brands whose teams have Marketing Cloud but struggle to get value from it, and companies weighing up a purchase of the suite.
