URBANTZ

URBANTZ is a software platform for managing last mile deliveries. It began as a Brussels-based scale-up working between technology and logistics. Retailers, shippers and carriers use it to plan delivery rounds, assign them to drivers and follow each parcel in real time.

What URBANTZ offers

• Route planning — optimised rounds across company fleets, third-party carriers, on-demand couriers and different vehicle types.
• Delivery slots — real-time booking of scheduled, express and click and collect deliveries.
• Track and trace — status updates, estimated arrival times and parcel location for recipients, as well as dispatchers.
• Driver and recipient messaging — communication aimed at cutting failed deliveries.
• Integrations — connections to other business systems and quick set-up of third-party carriers.

Who it works with

Delivery operations of varied complexity, from depot or store dispatch to white glove, quick commerce and onsite jobs such as installations or removals.
