Turno

Turno is software for organising the cleaning of short-term rental properties between guest stays. Known as TurnoverBnB before its rename, it lets hosts and property managers find cleaners, book them, track the work and pay them from one account. Its cleaner marketplace operates in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

What Turno offers

• Calendar-driven scheduling — cleans are booked automatically from guest reservations, taken from the main booking sites and synced from more than 40 channel managers and PMS tools.
• Cleaner marketplace — vetted local cleaners bid on jobs, and each property can have a primary and a backup cleaner.
• Host and cleaner apps — separate mobile apps for each side of the job.
• Checklists and chat — custom cleaning checklists with photo proof and messaging inside the app.
• Automatic payouts — cleaners are paid through the platform once work is done.
• Support — live help at any hour in six languages.

Who it works with

Vacation rental hosts and property managers, whether they hire through the marketplace or bring their own cleaning teams.
