Tingr

Tingr, based in the United States, makes a software suite for childcare providers that handles enrolment, paperwork done online and daily contact with parents. Providers of different sizes use it to cut admin across a child's whole time in their care, from joining to leaving.

What Tingr offers

• Digital paperwork — sends and receives state forms and parent handbooks digitally rather than on paper.
• Sign-in and sign-out — children and staff check in on a phone or iPad, and the adults doing drop-off and pick-up get their own PINs.
• Memory books — automatically compiles photos and videos shared with parents into student memory books.
• Attendance system — tracks attendance for both students and staff.
• Facility tools — includes a free website, printable facility roster, daily food menus, online waitlist and school calendar.

Who it works with

Tingr is aimed at childcare providers of varying sizes and keeps parents informed about their child's day with photos, videos and messages.
