TES Software

TES Software is a small US firm that builds software for schools and nothing else. Its tools cover school accounting, staff time tracking and the collection of payments from families, and many of its support staff once worked as school bookkeepers themselves.

What TES Software offers

• MySchoolAccounting — accounting for school offices with reporting prepared for audits.
• MySchoolTimeClock — staff time tracking that works on mobile devices, is aware of location and controls access by role.
• MySchoolFees — lets parents pay online for fees, donations, school-store items and similar charges.
• MySchoolReceipts — on-site payment taking with clean receipts and live tracking.
• Support desk — phone help from staff who know school work; most calls are picked up at once, and the rest get a same-day reply, usually within the hour.

Who it works with

TES Software serves school districts and individual schools. The company says it supports 453 schools spread over 50 districts in four states, and quotes users at West Ada Schools in Meridian, Idaho and the Iron County School District.
