Slican

Slican is a Polish manufacturer of telephone exchanges and related communications equipment, based in Bydgoszcz. It makes the hardware and the software that runs on it, sold mainly to organisations that need an office or institutional phone system. On 15 October 2026 CERT Polska published an advisory on Slican IPx exchanges; it says three flaws in those exchanges are fixed in version 6.62.0100, while three models discontinued in 2011 and 2012 will not be updated.

What it does

The company's catalogue starts with PBX platforms: NCP, an IP platform, and hybrid models IPL-256, IPM-032 and IPU-14, plus ITS, a small unit meant for a home or small office that the user can install. Around these it sells system, analog, cordless and IP desk phones, SIP phones, door and gate intercoms, and an audio system. On the software side it offers a call center package, computer telephony integration tools such as MessengerCTI, WebCTI and ConsoleCTI, and billing and call recording modules. The site states that the NCP handles up to 500 simultaneous calls and up to 10,000 users. It also points to FONEO, a VoIP operator, and ServNET as related brands.

Who it serves

Slican lists tailored solutions for healthcare, hotels, taxi services, call centers and remote work. It also has pages for public bodies, among them the prison service and the State Fire Service. The site names product lines rather than individual customers.
