Securitize

Securitize runs a platform for tokenized securities: fund interests and shares issued and recorded on blockchains. It works on both sides of the market, helping asset managers issue tokenized funds and giving eligible investors an account through which to buy them.

The business operates through regulated US entities. Securitize Markets, LLC is a registered broker-dealer and FINRA member that operates an SEC-registered alternative trading system, and Securitize Transfer Agent, LLC is an SEC-registered transfer agent that keeps the official ownership record.
