School Bus Manager

School Bus Manager is browser-based software that plans and tracks school bus routes, so transport staff no longer have to plot stops by hand or type addresses into online maps. After importing student data and setting a few options, users can produce trips and routes with directions and stop times in minutes. It is sold to districts and transport operations of any size.

• Automatic routing: builds and optimises routes from rider data, with turn-by-turn directions, stop times and maps; routes can be changed by moving children on the map.
• Load balancing: compares routes to find overlaps and shift stops or riders for a better spread.
• Attendance tracking: logs who is on board each bus.
• Data import: takes CSV or XLSX files and department of education files, with daily updates.
• Rider lookup: quick access to rider profiles and contact details.
