Rosmiman Software

Rosmiman Software is a facility and asset maintenance platform made by IDASA Sistemas S.L., a Spanish company whose work goes back to 1994. It sells IWMS, CAFM and CMMS tools to businesses, public bodies and industrial operators. The firm says it put its software online in 1998 and launched a fully web-based version in 2000.

What Rosmiman Software offers

• Industry 4.0 — upkeep of plant and machinery at manufacturing sites.
• Government and smart cities — tools for councils and public infrastructure.
• Sector packages — hospitals and medical equipment, transport and traffic, and environmental and infrastructure work.
• Services — consultancy, user training, support, cloud hosting and field-team mobile apps.

Who it works with

In July 2026 Rosmiman said SEAT had picked its platform to run more than 60 buildings. It also reports that Euskal Trenbide Sarea uses it for infrastructure and equipment maintenance, and describes work for Barcelona City Council.
