RoofSnap

RoofSnap is United States software for roofers that covers measuring a job, pricing it and collecting payment. It is designed for small crews and solo contractors who want the sales process in one tool rather than large, complex software.

What RoofSnap offers

• Measurement reports — roof, gutter and lighting reports with diagrams and waste figures, produced remotely, with a rush option for quicker turnaround.
• Gutter and lighting detail — gutter reports list end caps, miters and suggested downspout spots, while lighting reports show only eaves and rakes.
• Instant estimates — entering an address fills in roof area and pitch from satellite imagery, and the estimate can be sent to the homeowner as a link.
• Tiered and detailed estimates — three-tier pricing choices, or a full builder with custom line items, markups and discounts.
• Contracts and payments — professional contracts and card or ACH payment collection from inside a project, run through Stripe.
• Onboarding and assistant — a guided start from sign-up to the first project, plus a built-in helper called the RoofSnap Agent.
