Prodoc AI develops a patient journey operating system for hospitals, based in Bengaluru, India. The platform joins four parts of care into one layer: patient acquisition and access, outpatient and clinical care, pre-operative and inpatient care, and post-discharge follow-up. AI agents handle tasks such as qualifying enquiries, scheduling appointments, capturing referrals, supporting clinicians with patient context and documentation, coordinating admissions and bed allocation, and running follow-up and adherence programmes. The company says the system works alongside a hospital's existing HIS, EMR, LIS, billing and communication systems on a FHIR-ready data layer rather than replacing them, and that the doctor's plan remains the source of truth. Patients can be reached over SMS, WhatsApp, chat and voice, with support for more than 135 languages. The site reports more than 200 hospitals and providers live and cites customers including RJN Apollo Spectra Hospitals and Madhavbaug. It describes compliance with India's DPDPA data protection law.
