NComputing

NComputing makes virtualisation software and thin-client devices that let many users share Windows and cloud desktops. NComputing Co. Ltd. has sites in South Korea, the United States, India, Singapore, Poland and Germany. Much of its current work centres on turning ageing PCs into secure, centrally managed endpoints, including as a path to Windows 11 in the cloud.

What NComputing offers

• LEAF OS — a hardened Linux operating system for x86-64 PCs and thin clients, connecting them to Amazon WorkSpaces, Omnissa, Citrix, Windows 365, AVD, RDS and the firm's own platforms.
• vSpace Pro — a virtualisation platform serving Windows desktop sessions to thin clients, Chromebooks or repurposed PCs.
• VERDE VDI — virtual desktop infrastructure for larger organisations, with remote access that works without a VPN.
• Thin clients — hardware in the EX, L and RX series, the last including models built on the Raspberry Pi CM5.
• PMC Endpoint Manager — a browser console that manages repurposed PCs and thin clients from one place.
