LitmusBlox

LitmusBlox is candidate screening software for recruiters and hiring managers. Instead of relying only on CVs, it measures each candidate's capability against the role being filled. It launched in 2020 and serves large employers.

What LitmusBlox offers

• TrueFit Capability Ranking Engine — a patent-pending system that maps each candidate against between 50 and 150 checkpoints, depending on role and seniority.
• Automated outreach — the engine contacts candidates and collects their responses, whether there are ten applicants or ten thousand.
• Capability Matrix — each response is analysed and mapped, with a score, to guide managers during interviews.
• Candidate lead generation — pre-screened, interested candidates produced without phone screening.
• Managed service — relationship managers who work alongside a client's talent acquisition team during hiring surges.

Who it works with

Large enterprises that receive many applications for each vacancy and find manual screening slow. The site says global companies have used it.
