InfoReady

InfoReady is a US software platform that higher education teams use to run competitive programmes from the first application to the final decision. Submissions, reviewer scores and outcomes sit in one secure system instead of being scattered across email and spreadsheets, so programmes keep to schedule and each decision is recorded.

What InfoReady offers

• Internal funding competitions — managing applications and reviews for institutional grants.
• Limited submissions — handling calls where an institution may put forward only a set number of applicants.
• Awards and recognition — nominations, awards, fellowships and scholarships.
• Student research programmes — undergraduate research opportunities.
• Self-service form building — staff create and edit forms, routing and reports without IT help.
• Automation — notifications, deadline reminders and progress tracking that keep reviews moving.

Who it works with

InfoReady is built for universities and colleges, serving programme administrators, applicants and reviewers. The company says more than 270 institutions and organisations use it.
