FarmWizard

FarmWizard runs Herdlync, a cloud system that dairy farmers use to keep herd records and follow fertility. It links with outside data sources and pushes alerts to a phone, so daily recording takes less effort and less paper.

What FarmWizard offers

• Herd recording — a single online store for animal records that staff can update from a PC or a mobile device.
• Smartphone alerts — automatic reminders that flag tasks and events in the herd as they come due.
• Data exchange — two-way links with external systems to cut repeated manual entry.
• Forms and reports — a wide range of outputs for pulling planning information out of herd data, including fertility figures.
• Demo and trial — new customers can see the system on a demonstration and test it on their own farm before committing.

Who it works with

The software is built for dairy farmers who want better herd fertility and less time spent on paperwork. A Shropshire customer quoted on the site says the business has relied on it for over 10 years across two dairy herds, using it to track the genetics programme.
